How to reset a forgotten Windows password

Method 1 - Windows login screen:

From the Windows login screen on your laptop, select the "Reset password" button
A new window will load, please follow the on screen instructions. It will ask you to authenticate with the "Microsoft Authenticator" app or personal email to verify your identity.

Method 3 - Office 365 login page:

When attempting to log in to a Single Sign On (SSO) app, such as Outlook, Teams, or Salesforce, you will be presented with the Teach First SSO login.
