How to reset a forgotten Windows password
You will need to ensure that you are registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
This process should have been automatic, and you will have been prompted to register when you first logged in.

How to reset a forgotten Windows password
Method 1 - Windows login screen:
- From the Windows login screen on your laptop, select the "Reset password" button
- A new window will load, please follow the on screen instructions. It will ask you to authenticate with the "Microsoft Authenticator" app or personal email to verify your identity.
Method 2 - Reset from a personal device:

Method 3 - Office 365 login page:
- When attempting to log in to a Single Sign On (SSO) app, such as Outlook, Teams, or Salesforce, you will be presented with the Teach First SSO login.
