Registering for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
If you are already registered and have a new phone, please follow the instructions to register your new phone and remove your old one.
If you no longer have access to your old phone, you will need to contact the IT support team to help re-register.

Click Add method
Important: If you can see any items listed, such as a phone number or app – that means that you are already registered. Please check that these details are up to date.
If you are going to be changing your phone, please remember to update these details before changing device.

Choose an option.
Please register with both the Authenticator app, and a personal email address.
Please follow the on-screen instructions to finish your registration
You can select your “Default sign-in method” – we recommend the Microsoft Authenticator app notification. Rather than waiting for, and typing in a code.
Registration complete, you are now registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self Service Password Reset (SSPR).
How to reset a forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can now reset your password via the following methods
- On the Windows login screen of your laptop
