Blank Screen on Application or Tabs missing at the top
If users are reporting seeing blank screen like the one below on TF School portal application or if they resume their application by clicking continue and they see a blank screen or any tabs missing at the top:
* Check what permissions have been set on their Salesforce customer user account
*Before amending or assigning/removing any licenses/permission on Salesforce check in with a member of the Salesforce team to confirm right roles and permissions been assigned
Then check by "View customer user" option under their accounts then going into the My Application" tab at the top and see if the application is now visible
