What information does a Trainee need to have on Salesforce & My Teach First for them to have the enrolment mapped on Brightspace?
- On Salesforce, in the application of a Trainee check whether
- Under SKA section it has SKA status = Pending Brightspace, Invite to Brightspace SKA checkbox is checked
- Under Allocation Details section the Allocated Subject has a value (for e.g., English)
- On My Teach First, Search for the Trainee using the People Menu and see that they have values in the below fields

What is the frequency of this update?
- The Attribute update occurs every 15 minutes

How to check Attributes on Brightspace?
- To check attributes , after you have logged into Brightspace click on the cog wheel (top right hand corner), select User attributes
- Search with user’s name and once the results are displayed click on ‘View details’ for the respective user
- A pop-up window will open , check whether they have the Attribute ‘CKA Subject’ mapped – this will ensure that they are automatically enrolled to that subject’s assessment.
- How to check the enrolment for SKA?
- To check enrolment , after you have logged into Brightspace click on the cog wheel (top right hand corner), select Users
- Search for the user either by name, email address or Salesforce ID
- Once the results are shown, click on the user’s name
- Click on Enrolment log tab and you should see that they are mapped to the ‘Course offering’ of the respective allocated subject’s assessment.

Which courses are now have auto enrolments?
- The only courses currently that are automated are:
- SKA courses
- Preparation Courses

What should I do if the SKA subject is available on My TF but not showing on Brightspace User Attributes?
- After you have checked that the Allocated subject on application is available on Salesforce, SKA Subject is available on My TF but still not showing on Brightspace attributes
- Then open the user record on My TF, click on the Profile tab scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save
- This will ensure that user record is picked up for next attribute processing queue
