User has a Brightspace account but SKA subject data hasn't passed to Brightspace Search for contact on MyTF from the people tab. Scroll across the view to the fields SKA -check this says Pending Brightspace, Check CKA Subject is populated. If both fields are populated then click edit, on the contact then click save. This will pass the data to Brightspace at 6.30pm that day. Let the Admissions officer/Contact Centre who raised the ticket know the user should be auto-enrolled this evening as the record has been updated, and ask them to check again tomorrow. If the data hasn't been pulled in from salesforce check the fields are populated on the salesforce Application related to contact. SKA Status and Allocated Subject. If they are populated just click save and edit on the application on salesforce and this will repass the data to drupal and then onto Brightspace at 6.30 pm. If not populated on salesforce let the person who raised the case know that this is the problem, and salesforce needs to be updated correctly before they auto get enrolled on SKA course.
