Iris Connect : Mapping between Trainee and Support role is missing/incorrect

Issue Description:

Reason:

The mapping is not up-to-date on Iris website, due to which Trainee is unable to share with their support role (Development Lead/Tutor/Mentor)
to check who has been mapped to the Trainee on Iris,

Search for the trainee with the name, click on the cog wheel and select workspace users

Resolution:

Need to send the .csv file which will have the Trainee , support role, School and Iris connect lead data
Refer to the sample attached .csv file
Field Name Description First Name This is trainee's first name Last Name This is trainee's last name Email Address This will be the email address of trainee which is tagged as preferred email address Subject ID this is contact 18 digit ID of the Trainee Cohort this will the Cohort year of the trainee as on Salesforce Role this should be mapped as Participant Related Users this will have the SF IDs for Development lead, Tutor and Mentor Organization Record ID this will be the account 18 digit ID of the School, can be seen from the Professional information section of trainee Organization Name this will be the Name of the School, can be seen from the Professional information section of trainee Postcode Post code of the school on the School details on Salesforce URN this is he URN of the school Admin First Name this is the First name of the Iris connect lead (if available, if no Iris connect lead available for school leave it blank) Admin Last Name this is the Last name of the Iris connect lead (if available, if no Iris connect lead available for school leave it blank) Admin Email this is the email of the Iris connect lead (if available, if no Iris connect lead available for school leave it blank)
