Salesforce for Outlook with SSO (New)
The following guide will help you set up Salesforce for Outlook in your Outlook desktop app.
Open Outlook desktop app and ensure you are in email view then follow through the video below:
Step 1: Open any emails from your inbox.
Step 2: At the top right corner on the toolbar select the Salesforce icon - view (Blue Cloud)
Step 3: On the Salesforce tab on the right select Environment as Production then click Log in button.
Step 4: On the login menu choose "Use Custom Domain" at the bottom.
Step 5 : Type in "Teachfirst" then click Continue. (if you are prompted to sign in then use your Teach First account to sign in)
Step 6: Click on Confirm to connect Outlook to your Salesforce account.
Thats it. You should be connected to your Salesforce account now from your Outlook app.
(Note: if the Salesforce for Outlook tab on your right disappears from view you can click on the Salesforce view option again from the top and use the pin icon at the top right of the Salesforce tab to pin it in place so it stays in view)
