Brightspace Course progress - Clear the web state of affected users
D2L support found that user accounts' web state was causing the issue. Its not recording the progress.
Clear the web state of affected users
Below are the steps that you may follow to clear user's web state:
-- Open two Tabs
-- Impersonate a working student and go to the affected page
-- In the second Tab, end the impersonation/role switch for the working student and impersonate the affected student
-- Then go back to the first Tab (where it was open with the working student) and just refresh the Tab
