User unable to access Power Bi Dashboard

If a user has already contacted John Meadows / Matthew Kent regarding Power BI Dashboard access issues, please ensure you have checked the followings before escalating to 3rd line.

1) Goto users AD account and ensure the user had the correct membership group. See below. Without the correct user member group, their Sharepoint access will most likely be affected. Remember, Power Bi Dashboard sits on SharePoint foundation.
