How do I view class progress for an individual Trainee / Programme Member

On courses where you have the ability to monitor Class Progress you will have access on the Nav Bar to a section called Class Progress.

The access you have on this page will vary by course. In some cases you will have access to view all "learners" on the course and in other cases you will only be able to see your portfolio.

The dashboard is designed to provide a high level overview. The main progress points for learners in the dashboard are:

Quiz completion – This includes pass rates, Number of quizzes completed. It doesn’t say how many attempts have been made. If there are multiple quizzes in one week it will list them in score order – lowest to highest percentage.
Content completion – This shows how much of the course content has been completed to that point. This looks at the course overall, not just one unit.
Login history - This show how many times a learner logged in.

To search for a specific Learner you can use the Search users box at the top and enter the learners name you are looking up.

To explore more details on a specific learner, you can click on their profile from the dashboard to explore their full progress summary. This is individual to the learner and can be used to support during check-ins and one to ones. It will allow you see their scores on Quizzes, exactly which topics they have viewed, and be able to quickly see which topics have been skipped. % of content that has been viewed for each Unit.
