How to update the Zoom app

This guideline will demonstrate how to go through the step by step process for updating the Zoom app installed on your computer.

Updating the Zoom App

Step 1 – Open up the windows search bar and type in Zoom, from there click on the Zoom App.

Please note if the app doesn't appear in the search result its likely the app is not installed on your computer. Go to https://zoom.us/download to download and install the latest client.

Step 2 – Next Navigate to your task bar, right click on the Zoom app icon and click the check for updates button.

Step 3 – If an update is available you will see a screen similar to the one below, click the update button to begin the update process:

Step 4 - Now you'll see Zoom being to download and install the update

Step 5 - Once the update is complete you'll see a screen similar to the one below:
