How to set Auto Replies in Outlook desktop client
Step 1: Open Outlook, Select File at the top left corner. Then select “Automatic Replies” button:
Step 2: Select “Send automatic replies. If you want to send auto replies only during a specific period then select the “Only send during this time range” check box and fill in the start date and end date. Input your message then click OK. That’s it.
Settings Auto replies from Office 365
You can also set auto replies in Outlook whilst logged into your Outlook email online at Outlook.office365.com
Step 1: Log into your Office 365 account online and goto Outlook.
Step 2: Once logged into Outlook, select the Cog icon at the top right corner and then select “View all Outlook settings”
Step 3: Select “Automatic replies” under Email settings, turn on auto replies and fill in the details then click save.
