Move files from W drive to OneDrive
Move files from W drive to OneDrive
Open up your OneDrive homepage in a web browser https://teachfirstcharity-my.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/MySite.aspx. You may want to create a new folder to initially store all the files from your W drive. To create a new folder see the guidance on this here.

Now open a file explorer and navigate to where your W drive is located. Please note that to access your W drive you will need to be connected to the Teach First network, this will mean being in a Teach First office or connected by VPN.

It may be easier if you have the W drive file explorer and the OneDrive page situated side by side.

Now highlight the documents or folders you want to save in OneDrive, and drag them across into the space in your OneDrive, this will save them and a notification will appear to confirm this.
