Salesforce reports not exporting

There is currently a known issue with exporting reports from Salesforce. Salesforce are working on this and we are part of a notification email so we will know when this fixed.

In the interim there is a work around that works and only involves one additional step to what you would usually take.

Open your report and select Export Details
Change 'Export File Format' to Comma Delimited. csv

Select Export.
From this exported file you can then copy and paste the details to another worksheet or Save As an excel format file.
