How to Log a Service Request
Log a Service Request if you want to change something or request something new, for example to book a projector or to schedule a webinar.
Click onto 'Request a New Service'
- you will then be presented with the screen below.
To log a Service Request, you can view all available items or narrow your search in the options on the left.
For
example, to request a set of headphones, this will fall under ‘I need to book
or borrow’
Simply hover over the item you require and
select ‘Request Now’
Then
complete the date required. It is worth noting that for all Service Requests,
we require 5 business days’ notice, though we obviously aim to resolve as soon
as possible.
Then simply click ‘Place Request’ and the Service Desk will be in touch!
