How to Log an Incident
Log an Incident if something is not working and you need a fix.
You can create an incident one of two ways, by clicking onto 'Report an Incident' or onto 'New Ticket' - either way, you will then be presented with the screen below.

Once you have clicked on 'Report and Incident' / 'New ticket> incident' you will be presented with a screen like below:

Please give us an overview of the issue – As the above example.
Ensure you have searched the knowledgebase before submitting the ticket. As we build the knowledgebase, more of your requests will be answered without the need for a ticket.
Incident Type – this is
very important and will ensure your ticket is triaged in the right way.
Please
take the time to select this correctly.

Please
give us a detailed description of the issue, the more information the better.
You may also attach a
file if relevant, for example as screenshot you might have.
Then simply click 'Submit' and the Service Desk will be in touch!
