How to login to the Self Service System
(Please note access to VPN is not required to log into the Self service system when raising a ticket/service request or when checking the knowledge base)
Our new
system which allows you to log IT Support issues and requests online.
It’s
easy to log a ticket on the new Self Service System:
Simply visit this link https://support.teachfirst.org.uk
You’ll
see this screen – click “Sign In” and enter your normal Windows network login
and password.
Once you're logged in you can then;
Click on Report an Incident if something is not working and you need a fix.
Or click
on Request a New Service if you want to change something or request
something new, for example to book a projector or to schedule a
webinar.
